■ about: This course intend to develop a thorough understanding of the Sicoob company to the new employees. To achieve this objective, the training presents information about the credit unions in general and about the company.
■ The course uses gamification strategies: the second module is a digital "board game", in which the student advance houses with the meeple until it reaches the finish line.
■ When the meeple reaches some houses of the board game, a quiz is presented. The user must answer questions to continue.
